This birdhouse in my backyard - one of the early features of this photo blog (see Closed for the Winter from March 1st) - has seen better days.
Following the winter weather and nearly one hundred days with rain this year alone, the humble shelter has finally given into the elements and is officially out of commission....unless there are any bird tenants-to-be interested in a cozy place with a skylight.
