Day One Hundred and Fifty-Three: Theme Du Jour

These days as I move about the town I find myself looking around for the best way to capture the theme of the day in a photograph. The theme today was definitely "rain."

On my drive tonight this little guy kept clinging to my windshield, despite the wipers' continuous efforts to brush him off. So I decided to stop looking past the leaf to find my picture of the day, and instead make the leaf the picture.

I'm sure there will be more rainy days to come this year. And if that is the theme for the day then I'll shoot for more inventive ways to capture it.
